Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and packaging intact.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
The cost of return shipping will be born by client.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or custom-made items, unless there is a defect or quality issue with the item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless there is a defect or quality issue with the item.
How to Return?
To start a return, you need to notify us immediately with parcel opening video at locketkart@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
